Warranty Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and offer a limited warranty on our products, including LED bulbs, projector fog lamps and auxiliary lamps. This warranty guarantees protection against defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions for the duration of the warranty period.

Warranty period

Different products have different warranty periods, as follows:

LED Headlamps:                    2 years

Projector Fog Lamps:            2 years

Auxiliary Lamps:                    2 years

Note: Carsfy Customer Service Team has the sole discretion to evaluate and determine the appropriate solution for all warranty claims. We will review each case individually and strive to provide a fair and reasonable resolution."

Warranty does not cover:
The following situations are not eligible for warranty coverage:
1. Damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Unauthorized repair
- Misuse
- Abuse
- Neglect
- Missing parts
- Modifications
2. Accidental damage or collision
3. Damage caused by exposure to:
- Chemical contaminants
- Corrosive agents
4. Products:
- Lost or damaged due to natural disasters
- Lacking original proof of purchase
- Purchased "as is" with known defects (e.g., customs clearance, factory seconds)
5. Excluded products:
- Clothing (e.g., stickers, caps, shirts, hats, jumpers)
- Gifts (e.g., mobile phone holders)
